We are the first to introduce a fish taco to the Australian consumer. Wahoo’s Fish Taco has been owned and operating since 2002 and still only uses the freshest, finest quality ingredients to create our delicious menu items.
On a daily basis each restaurant dedicates itself to preparing and creating the entire menu in-house. All salsas, sauces, guacamole and beans are made from scratch each day. We use no microwaves, can openers or freezers in our restaurants.
